It's $1,655 over MSRP, not to be confused with the actual sale price. After discounts and incentives, I bet this thing will charge a significant premium. Besides, it's still $41K.

Right now in LA diesel is 40 cents/gallon more expensive than premium. This is insane, until recently it always was quite a bit less. The conspiracy theory suggests that as Big Oil is aware that there are going to be quite a lot of new diesel vehicles being available in the next few years, jack the prices up now so that it won't be a shock once those vehicles come online.

Keep the diesel articles coming! I'm interested and listening, just don't have anything to say.

It's worse here, gas is $3.65 while diesel is $4.19.
