The Terrafugia Transition is a "roadable aircraft," and not a flying car. Hmmm, okay, whatever floats your boat...

Regardless of what the makers want to call it, it is a vehicle that flies as well as drives.

Named the Transition, a full-scale model is now taking shape. The company, which has 10 employees, is  spending “a lot of long days, nights, and weekends” working on this project states Terrafugia CEO and founder Carl Dietrich. The reason being is that they want to show off their concept vehicle at AirVenture—the world’s largest aviation festival, held annually in Oshkosh, WI this summer.
