2009 Nissan GT-R Road Trip: Boredom on I-5

This one goes out to our friend Gary at Porsche. Looks like one of your customers could use a little help.

Good thing you didn't race him, because you know he would have used that for his excuse to why he got his butt kicked "but....but ...my spoiler wasn't working" haha

I dont think he would have raced anyway because thats not a turbo 911 its just a 911 Carrera 4S. Fast but nothing compared to the GT-R!

BTW that wing looks AWFUL.

BMW is one of the most reliable brands while MB sucks. You can't put all German cars in the same basket...

Come on now, let's be real-who buys a Porsche to race? We all know that Porsches are for poseurs and golddiggers....

"mmmmm ....German Quality"

Actually Porsches are fairly reliable minus the VW sourced Cayenne.

For that sort of money I would want more then "fairly".

Bring back the NSX, why was there never a second generation?

The car has a mind of its own. The computer says "Deploy Spoiler" but the car's heart is just not into it. LOL

"Bring back the NSX, why was there never a second generation?"

Good question. My guess is that Honda didnt want to spend the R&D cash back then as its such a low volume low profit car and thats too bad. The odd thing is that Honda built a dedicated plant to build the NSX almost 25 years ago as proptypes were developed in 1984. That would be the Honda Pininfarina Xperimental which actually had a 2.0L mid mounted V6.

Unfortunately it looks as if the original "New Sportscar eXperimental" formula WILL NOT be further refined and reused for the NSX successor. Dissapointing to say the least.
