And how does it do compared to the Equinox??

Takeup of the V6 in the Rav4 is less than 20%, so for most normal people they're pretty comparable except the CRV has a 5speed auto vs the 4 speed in the Rav. I sat in a new CRV yesterday. Seemed wide and pretty comfortable.
Big Al, I haven't had any seat time in the Equinox, but my gut is that they'll both treat you well until the exact moment you trade it in and get a number from your salesguy.

Well, it depends what you mean by "stomp it". The V6 would outrun it, for sure. But on the rest of the package, overall, I don't see the RAV4 stomping the CRV. Don't think you can go wrong with either one.

Well then for someone like me, I wouldn't worry too much. I keep cars until the wheels fall off... (currently going on 7 years with my truck and 5 years with the car)

Sit in the back seat for more than 30 min and you'll be wishing for a Rav4. Hard as a rock.
