Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 at Geneva
Lamborghini Murciélago LP640. Boy, that's a mouthful. It's also an eyeful, but in a good way.
The new Lambo LP640 is the real deal...
It will debut at Geneva with a 6.5L V12 (why is it not called a 650?). The 'LP' stands for 'longitudinale posteriore,' which refers to the engine sitting lengthwise, in front of the rear axle, which makes for one long sucker.
The 6-speed tranny will hurl the vehicle to a 3.4 0-62 mph, and is rumored to top 210 mph.

Is it going to be sold in the US market?
It's not called '650' because it makes 640hp, not 650.
