Sure beats a 401(k)
I dunno, this sounds like an environmental disaster. A man-made island? You just don't mess with mother nature like that. A Tsunami would wipe out that "world map" of islands in no time.
At they are spending their oil money on cool peaceful stuff instead of weapons and war like everyone else. You never hear about Dubai developing nuclear weapons or invading countries.
