Spy photos: 2008 F-250/350 Harley Davidson

Behold the 2008 F-250/350 Harley Davidson edition in all its black and orange glory. Although the F-150 Harley Davidson made news this week, the heavy-duty version of this Milwaukee/Dearborn duo has yet to get an official unveil. No big surprises here really, as it shows roughly the same upgrades as the HD HDs before it. You get your giant quarter panel emblems, special paint and a unique interior with plenty of HD badging...

It felt ugly to me.

Makes you long for the days of Eddie Bauer edition models...

Deleted background = photographer trespassing.

Deleted background = Hide the identity of a popular lunch-time location with test drivers.

That's tacky looking.

Now thats just wrong, Fugly is an understatement.

Riiight. Not what my friends in NVH at Dearborn say!

The headlights don't look as good here. And the badges are just way too big, even for a truck.

Are there still waiting lists for these trucks?

Maybe Ford should focus MORE the reliability of their engines instead. How about all those current and former F150/Expedition owners with the Triton V8 and V10 engines litterally spitting spark plugs out of the engine. There is a petition also.

My mother was a victim of this with her former 2 Ford Expeditions, a 1997 Eddie Bauer and a 1999 Eddie Bauer. It happened twice on the 1997 and 3 times on the 1999. And guess what? Ford ISNT backing it up and leaving consumers with costly repair bills. We finally got her in a different SUV as she now owns a 2002 Lexus LX470 and she couldnt be happier.

Apparently there isnt enough thread in the heads (usually the # 3 cylinder) to make the plug stay in the heads and in one case an F-150 caught fire and almost took the lives of a couple.

Want proof....
