Chrysler is looking for feedback

Okay everyone, here's your chance to tell Chrysler LLC what you want. The company has just started recruiting folks for their Customer Advisory Board (here), which is an online forum where Chrysler staffers will solicit feedback from customers.

"We want to harness insights and customer dreams into things we can use concretely with our different groups, such as engineering, design, marketing," states Chrysler's Debra Meyer, a vice president and chief marketing chief officer, and pictured to the right.

Sounds like a great idea... I hope other automakers pick up on this too.

Cars and Ram trucks do not have to have the same grills.Geta small fuel efficient car.

Stop buying interiors from RubberMaid.

Hey guys. It's Chrysler that's looking for feedback, not Edmunds. :)

Chrysler has been one of the few companies I've seen having an official presence on blogs (Hyundai and GM being the only other 2). I think these companies are way ahead of the game in this respect.

Unfortunately, sometimes feedback and production have a difficult time translating.

Interior quality better than my kids' toys would be at the top of my list.

Better fuel efficiency across the board would be 2nd.

Quality, refinement, fit/finish, competitive drivetrains.
