Deal of the Week: Jeep Grand Cherokee
There was a time when the mention of an SUV congered up images of Ford Explorers, Chevy Blazers, Nissan Pathfinders and Toyota 4Runners. These generous incentives, along with aggressive dealer discounts make this a great time to purchase a Grand Cherokee. Just make sure you are willing to accept the fuel economy compromise in exchange for its impressive all-terrain abilities.

I actually like the JGC a lot. Thought it had a very nice ride, and lots of front leg room for a midsizer. But the mpg of a Suburban is hard to swallow. Wish you could still get it with the 3.0 diesel.
You can still get the diesel... at least we can in Canada. One of the sales guys was telling most JGC are sold with the diesel now.
I don't know what the real life mileage is with the Hemi but my 4.0 JGC gets 18 to 24 mpg... not to bad considering what it can do.
