Hummer to Find New Home...in China

As we reported in AutoObserver, General Motors has sold the Hummer brand to a Chinese company for less than a third of the original asking price. According to various sources, GM sold Hummer to Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery for about $150 million versus the $500 million the General was initially seeking.
After the sting of having a potential Saturn sell-off go south (resulting in the demise of that brand) GM could use a little good news.
